1. Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of INR 160/- for up to 6 films per order, regardless of your location within India.
2. Delivery Locations: We deliver to all Metros, State capitals, and District towns across the country.
3. Delivery Turnaround Time (TAT): Estimated delivery times from Ahmedabad to major locations are as follows:
• Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Jaipur / Indore / Gujarat locations: 2 to 3 work days
• Kolkata / Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Noida / Bhopal / Nagpur / Nashik: 3 to 4 work days
• All other major locations: 4 to 5 work days
• District towns: 5 to 6 work days
4. Remote Locations: For further remote locations, a collect facility is available from the nearest point. Our courier vendors are www.runnercouriers.in and www.shreemaruticourier.com.
5. Delivery Time Variations: Please note that delivery TAT can vary significantly due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, local festivals, political or sporting events, incorrect phone numbers or PIN codes, incomplete addresses, or if the consignee is unavailable to receive the package.
6. Courier Tracking: Once payment is received, you will receive the courier Air Way bill (AWB) via email either the same day evening or the next day morning. Couriers can be tracked on the respective courier vendor's website or application.
7. Non-Refundable Charges: Courier charges are non-refundable in all cases.
